Jeffrey Heffelman

Grew up in Marblehead Massachusetts.  Graduated from Carnegie Mellon University in 1982 with B.S Mechanical-Biomedical Engineering. Began career at Dominion Virginia Power in 1982 at the Chesapeake Energy Center in the Engineering team. At Chesapeake became an Outage Planner and also graduated from Old Dominion University with an MBA. Transferred to Clover Power Station in 1993 and had job tiles of engineer, Engineering Supervisor, and Business Team Leader. In 2002, became Manager Operations and Maintenance support for the Merchant Fossil and Hydro fleet. In 2007, worked at State Line Power Station in Indiana along Lake Michigan as Operations Manager. Then transferred to Bellemeade Station with same title. Held that job for 91 days and then became NERC Compliance Manager for the regulated fleet. In 2011, became the Station Director for the Possum Point, Ladysmith and Remington Power stations.  Married with two grown children.
